Coverage: We currently provide islandwide delivery across Singapore and Malaysia.
Shipping Fee: FREE Shipping on all orders. No minimum spend is required.
2. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery Schedule: Our courier partners operate on Saturdays and national holidays to ensure timely delivery. Please note that specific time slots cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.
3. Inspection & Signing Instructions
To ensure your rights are protected, please follow these guidelines upon delivery:
Verify Information: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Due to security risks, addresses cannot be modified once the order is in transit.
Surface Inspection: Inspect the external packaging before signing. If the outer seal is broken or the package is visibly damaged, you have the right to reject the delivery.
Open-Box Policy: For electronics and high-value items, please check the product type and quantity against your order details immediately after signing.

Proxy Signing: If you are unavailable to sign personally, any person at the designated address (such as a concierge or family member) may sign on your behalf. Our couriers are responsible for delivery to the specified address.

7-Day Policy: We support a 7-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, gifts, attachments, and original documents (e.g., invoices or debit notes).

A1: Delivery times are managed by our logistics partners (e.g., NinjaVan). While specific time slots are generally not guaranteed, you may contact the local courier hotline once you receive your tracking number to coordinate.
Q2: How long does delivery usually take?
A2: Under normal circumstances, orders arrive within 7 working days of dispatch (excluding Sundays in some regions).
Q3: What if someone else signs for my package?
A3: Our couriers deliver to the address provided. If a proxy (like a neighbor or front desk) signs for it, please contact the courier company directly using the tracking information provided in your order.
Q4: What happens if I provide insufficient information?
A4: Orders with incomplete addresses will be held for 5 days. We will contact you via email; if no response is received within 5 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.
