2. Return Conditions

All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer to your Malaysian bank account once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.
4. Free Shipping on Returns
We provide Free Shipping for returns and exchanges within Malaysia under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged or defective.
The wrong item/size/color was sent by our warehouse.
